Monica Gallagher

Monica is a manager with Summerhill Financial Management.

Monica commenced her accounting career with Adams Alexander in 2004, a small family accounting practice. In 2005, Monica joined the Myer Family Office Ltd, a multi-family office providing tax planning, accounting, superannuation and wealth-management services to wealthy individuals and families. During her time with the Myer Family Office, Monica worked extensively on all aspects of the compliance requirements (both tax and accounting) of the clients of the office, including family trusts, companies, partnerships and self managed superannuation funds.

In April 2007, Monica left the Myer Family Office and commenced employment as a financial accountant with the Hufcor Group, an international corporation specialising in office fitouts and partitions.  Monica’s role involved all aspects of financial reporting and the Australian tax compliance requirements of the corporation.

Monica then joined Summerhill Financial Management in October 2008.

As well as assisting clients with their accounting and taxation requirements, Monica specialises in all aspects of the compliance requirements of self managed superannuation funds.
